In case you have a medical health care coverage, we believe your treatment costs will be covered fully or partially by your Insurance provider. The insurance may include coverage for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, orthotics, acupuncture and other medical devices.
If you have an Extended Health Care plans, our administrator could give a call to your Insurance to help understand your coverage and will explain the process of billing to you. With certain Insurance companies we are able to provide direct online billing. If your insurance does not allow direct billing, our administrator will help you with the manual/paper billing.
In case of work injuries, the billing is undertaken by the Workplace Safely and Insurance Board (WSIB) provided the claims are approved. Please bring in your claim number that was provided to you by WSIB. If you did not receive a claim number, we will be able to call the WSIB on your behalf and help get your claim started. Once the WSIB claim is approved your treatments are fully covered under WSIB.
In case you are injured in a motor vehicle accident (MVA), the auto insurance covers the cost of the treatment. Our team will help you with the relevant application forms and manage the billing with the auto insurance company without you bearing any costs.
